The last stop on the hometown auditions tour brought us to St. Louis, Missouri . Big voices and personalities were aplenty in the Show-Me state. Many of you were wondering what song you heard during last night’s show.

If new videos from Madonna , Adam Lambert , and M.I.A. weren’t quite enough for you on this clip-heavy Friday, then we are sorry you’re so picky, but perhaps Coldplay is more your speed. The boys behind Mylo Xyloto may not be the first to spring to mind when you think of a dark club with plenty of fluorescent lights and hanky panky, but that’s exactly what they deliver in “Charlie Brown,” which manages to depict what looks like an awesome, fun-filled romantic night out and still leave us feeling a little glum in the end (in the best way, most Coldplay-ish way possible). So get your Snoopy dance ready and watch Mr

It’s a tale of two Lamberts! Fans of the glam 30-year-old should be pleased to know that in his “Better Than I Know Myself” video, they’ll be getting twice the Adam with a “good” side and a “bad” side at war with each other. On the one side, we’ve got a zen Adam who meditates, listens to his own soothing music on headphones, and has plenty of oxygen. On the other, you have a naughty Adam who drinks alone, rips out his own heart, goes all Chris Brown on some windows, and, presumably, gets in trouble with Helsinki police. Which version do you prefer

Is M.I.A. attempting to upstage herself? The very same day she appeared as a cheerleader for Madonna’s campy/creepy “Give Me All Your Luvin” team, the “Birthday Song” diva has also dropped the video for her new single “Bad Girls” — which, contrary to its name, features a lot more bad driving than femme fatales. M.I.A.’s “Bad Girls” video is what would happen if the next Fast & Furious film were set in Morocco and everyone cared more about pop music and fashion than stealing cars.
We couldn’t help but notice that Madonna is working a giant crucifix in her “Give Me All Your Luvin’” music video — no matter how many masked cheerleaders she tried to distract us with. Has Madge rekindled her love affair with the religious accessory she became known for back in her “Like A Virgin”/”Like A Prayer” days? The MDNA singer’s latest video is not the first time in recent memory that she’s rocked religious iconography like it’s 1989 — and we’ve got the proof. Is this Madonna’s way of express ing a desire to go back to her musical roots, or is she merely trying to restart a fashion trend?

Madonna has had all our luvin for quite some time now, but we suppose a little more can’t hurt. As we spied in the “Give Me All Your Luvin” video preview, Madge is definitely working the Super Bowl angle, surrounded by faceless football players who are always around to catch her when need be. And you know she’s a diva when she’s got Nicki Minaj and M.I.A., two of the hottest musicians in the game, on her own personal cheer squad. We estimate this video’s value at, oh, about $300

Show of hands, how many of you honestly forgot Carrie Underwood was on American Idol ? The country singer has seen so much success since she was crowned champ in Season 4, we have a hard time remembering she was once forced to suffer through Broadway musical night and participate in those terrible Ford music videos . But Idol will not let you forget that they are responsible for your beloved country warbler! Last night’s stop in St. Louis began with an overdramatic prologue featuring footage of a pre-fame Underwood planning her road trip to the Missouri city to audition for the show.

Sorry — what was that? We could barely hear you over the locomotive that is the Madonna Train roaring through Planet Pop at 140 mph. The Queen truly soared and thrilled over the past seven days, but the week wasn’t without heartbreak, as a bona fide R&B pioneer from the television world met a tragic end. Thankfully we had the Michael Jackson episode of Glee , the rise of UK gents The Wanted and the rad return of Garbage to ease the pain.
