Karmin ‘s “Brokenhearted” is a Top 40 hit, and the pop duo/romantic couple showed their appreciation to Ellen DeGeneres for giving them their big break a year ago by returning to her daytime talk show to belt the song out on stage. “It’s been insane, Ellen, and it all started here, too, which is so serendipitous,” Amy Heidermann said to the show host. Despite leaving behind her short-lived career as a judge on American Idol two years ago, Ellen DeGeneres still manages to find the time to goof on rival talent competition The Voice from time to time. Alas, given their attempts at the guessing game, it doesn’t look like this pair of ladies will be taking up jobs as psychics anytime soon.

And it’s also the second-biggest moment you’ve been waiting for: Biebz and his Canadian “Call Me Maybe” pal Carly Rae Jepsen (who he and manager Scooter Braun signed up for a US launch) appeared on TV together. Justin Bieber didn’t just show up to The Ellen Degeneres Show to collect a fancy electric car for his 18th birthday . He also had some business to do — mainly, he announced that his new single “Boyfriend” will be out on March 26. “The song is basically, I’m talking to this girl and I’m like, if I was your boyfriend I’d never let you go,” the Bieb said while explaining the title. “I wrote it with Mike Posner.” Watch Justin make his big announcement below.
Justin Bieber’s manager Scooter Braun surprised him today on The Ellen DeGeneres Show by presenting the 18-year-old with a special birthday gift. “We wanted to make sure, since you’re on the road, when you’re on the road you are always looking environmentally friendly,” Scooter said to the “Live My Life” crooner, before presenting him with a brand new Fisker Karma as a gift from himself and Justin’s mentor Usher. Quite an upgrade from that Batmobile Caddy , eh, Biebs?
How is it possible that pint-sized British “princesses” Sophia Grace and Rosie don’t have their own TV show yet? Then again, they’ve practically taken over Ellen DeGeneres’ daytime talk show with their high-pitched enthusiasm and adorable rapping skills . After running amok in Disneyland , the super-cute kids have a tea party with Taylor Swift, who is totally game to don the assumed dress code of a tiara and a frilly pink tutu. Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax co-stars Taylor Swift and Zac Efron hit up The Ellen DeGeneres Show and surprised the audience with a duet. Turns out Taylor taught Zac how to play guitar while they were working on the animated feature together, so they busted out a rendition of their practice song, “Pumped Up Kicks” by Foster The People (with the altered lyrics “every single time I come on the show it’s really weird, really weird, all because of Ellen”). The only thing missing from this surprise performance: Taylor and Zac’s fellow Lorax castmate/ “I’m Still Hot” songstress Betty White acting as their hype girl

Turns out, we also got bubbles! “We’re having a bubble party with Lady Antebellum!” screamed 8-year-old Sophia Grace, blowing bubbles with the country trio on the red carpet (and thus providing us our favorite new phrase of all time).
