Well, there is at least one person who is serving up something besides all his luvin to the Queen of Pop. That would be “Girls Gone Wild” creator Joe Francis, who slapped Madonna a cease and desist letter regarding her upcoming MDNA track “Girls Gone Wild.” The letter demands that the crucifix-affixed diva negotiate a licensing agreement for his “trademark” of the brand “girls gone wild” and threatens her with a lawsuit if she performs the track at the Super Bowl. Find out more below.  According to TMZ, the letter was sent to Madonna and her “co-conspirators,” NBC and the NFL, and they demand an answer by 5 PM today. Francis’ lawyer writes: “Your misappropriation of my clients’ trademark will not be tolerated.” We find this pretty ridiculous — “girls gone wild” is a commonly used phrase these days, and does classy Mr

Left hand yellow, right hand wrapping a python around your neck, mouth making out with Madonna? Britney Spears often looks uncomfortable while dancing these days, which makes her the perfect candidate for a revamp of the classic contortionist-friendly game Twister. Hasbro has announced a new dance edition of the old pretzel-making favorite, which Brit-Brit says she rediscovered in recent years thanks to her boys. It will feature a special remix of “Till The World Ends,” and the #willpower contributor will also appear in promotional materials.

We’ve been racking our brains trying to decipher the title of Wiz Khalifa’s upcoming album O.N.I.F.C ., and whatever terrible meaning we came up with ( Outrageous Names Inspire Fabulous Choices ? Only Nougat In Fun-size Crunch bars? ) was nowhere near what the acronym actually stands for. “It’s the Only N-Word in First Class ,” Wiz explained during his appearance on “Sway in the Morning” on Shade 45

In addition to given us all her luvin’ , Madonna has also shared the full 15-song MDNA track list. This should hold us over until her 12th studio album debuts on March 26. So far, we’ve only had the chance to hear Madge’s single and her Golden Globe–winning “Masterpiece” (also included on the album), but we’re sure the upcoming Super Bowl Halftime performer would tell us it’s well worth the wait. Catch the track list and a 2:17 megamix, which includes new samplings of “Girls Gone Wild” and “Turn Up The Radio” below.

Tickets for Madonna’s upcoming world tour are reportedly set to go on sale on after her Super Bowl performance , and the MDNA singer has a word of advice for her fans who are planning to see her live: “Start saving your pennies now.” While speaking with Newsweek , Madge expressed no sympathy for those who complain about steep ticket prices, saying, “People spend $300 on crazy things all the time, things like handbags. So work all year, scrape the money together, and come to my show. I’m worth it.” You hear that, people? Return your fancy-schmancy handbags and you’ll have no problem affording tickets! [Via MSN ]

First we were treated to a preview of the upcoming Super Bowl Halftime spectacle, and now, thanks to Nicki Minaj’s upcoming Wonderland cover story , we can get a glimpse into how the outrageous raptress’ Lucas Oil Stadium dressing room will be decked out this Sunday too. Reportedly , the mag reveals Barbz’ latest tour rider demands. And while it may seem quite tame for a Grammy nominee (there’s no talk of avoiding eye contact , ahem, Katy Perry), her demands include enough food (and space heaters) to keep all of her personalities — or at least a six-person entourage — satisfied. Jump below for a sampling of Nicki’s requirements (room temperature Red Bull, what?!).

Madonna mentioned her intention to do a tour in support of upcoming album MDNA during her sitdown with Graham Norton last month, but so far nothing official has been said about such a venture — until now. In an interview with the Los Angeles Times , Live Nation president and chief exec Michael Rapino stated the following: “At this point we’re optimistic about 2012. Madonna’s going on the road, and those tickets will go on sale right after the Super Bowl.” This announcement comes during what is possibly one of the busiest weeks of The Material Girl’s lengthy career .

Carrie Underwood has followed up news of her forthcoming single “Good Girl” (due out later this month) with the release date for her next album. The 2005 American Idol winner’s fourth LP is due out on May 1. So far no title has been revealed for the set, but Billboard reports that Mark Bright, the producer of such Underwood hits as “Jesus Take The Wheel”, “Cowboy Casanova” and “Undo It”, was back on board for the new record. Carrie is currently up for Best Country Solo Performance at the Grammy Awards and Female Vocalist Of The Year at the ACM Awards .

After bailing on the People’s Choice Awards , Katy Perry will finally make her first TV appearance since announcing her split with Russell Brand when she performs at The 2012 Grammys. The record-breaking pop star is up for Best Record and Best Pop Solo Performance for “Firework”, the single she’ll most likely sing on the show — though we have a feeling she’ll also bust out “The One That Got Away” to help give it a boost up the Hot 100. Katy made her Grammys debut in 2009, performing her smash single “I Kissed A Girl”. She returned in 2010 for the Grammys Nominations concert, performing “California Gurls.” In 2011, she performed her Teenage Dream title track, as well as the ballad “Not Like The Movies”
